Will  members ensure all visitors coming onto the rally field inform the rally stewards.

 

      Will Members please let Derek Jones  know if they intend going on the next Rally or not.

ANY MEMBER WISHING TO STAY LONGER THAN THE SCHEDULED RALLY DATES MUST CONTACT THE

                                   SITE MANAGER AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS THEMSELVES

 

You should not arrive onto the rally field until 1600hours on the Friday evening unless otherwise stated.

 

  Will Members please remember that PUP tents are only to be used by Children 16 years and under.

 

                The club risks loosing its licence if anyone over the age of 16 uses a pup tent.
